Dark Souls 3 [Mortician's Ashes location]

In this video you can see where to grab the Mortician's Ashes in Dark Souls III.

These Ashes are located in the Undead Settlement in the area where the giant is throwing spears.

Mortician's Ahses are important in the sense that they grant you access to get the Grave Key. This key will unlock the sewers in the Undead Settlement and allow you to meet Irina of Carim.

Mortician's Ashes will also allow you to purchase Charcoal Pine Resin and, Charcoal Pine Bundle.
