INGREDIENTS:
200g Button Mushroom
1/2pc White onion
3tbsp Parsley
Pinch of dry thyme
3cloves of Garlic
20ml White wine
1/4cup Chicken or vegetable stock
1cup Cooking cream
To taste Salt and pepper
