Here's my fifteenth recipe for my summer smoothie series!
This is my Anti Bloat Smoothie. It's such a simple, easy way to debloat quickly and effortlessly!
INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana
1-2 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger (I used 1 Tbsp.)
1/2 Cucumber (I kept the skin on)
1/2 cup Coconut Water (I used Vita Coco)
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar, optional
Ice, as desired
1 - 2 Tbsp. Sweetener, optional, but not recommended in a detox smoothie (Stevia, Monk Fruit Sweetener, Honey, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all of your ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Adjust to desired consistency if needed.
4. Enjoy!
NOTES
You can make these smoothies ahead of time and use a Ziploc Freezer bag to store them in the freezer. When ready to use, Thaw it slightly under warm water, just until mandible. Then, blend as normal and enjoy!
