Stent Intussusception is damage to stent during the process of Coronary Angioplasty. It may occur if Guide Catheter is sucked in or passage of Thrombosuction Catheter, Balloon, Stent or Intra-Coronary devices. If unrecognized can lead to Stent Thrombosis often early, or re-stenosis.
