It's hard to fathom the level of pain poor Luna must have felt when chemicals burned through her thick husky fur, leaving her with open bleeding wounds all along her backside.
One look at her heartbreaking condition and rescuers at CMC2 Rescue knew they HAD to help her!! This innocent little girl was suffering - something had to be done! So they welcomed her in with open, loving arms and rushed her to the vet immediately. At the vet, someone fell absolutely in love with Luna… and we don't blame them! This girl is gorgeous, sweet, and has such a positive attitude despite what she has endured. She wags her tail when approached for pets and tells her saviors how much she appreciates them by giving them LOTS of kisses.
We are going to give you a chance to guess who could have possibly fell in love with this amazing little girl at the vet's office? That's right - her vet! This doesn't happen often, but because her Luna's caregiver is simply in love with her she is being sponsored!! This means that all of Luna's medical care is completely paid for. Luna doesn't know it, but she has basically won the doggy lottery!!
