What makes you feel self-conscious about yourself?

How comfortable are you in your own skin?



I am more comfortable now in my 40’s than I was in my 20’s. I still find myself feeling self-conscious and lacking in self-confidence. For me, it’s my mid section area and a scar I have on my left arm that leave me feeling self-conscious about myself.
