A noisy visitor to my balcony - found later it’s a male cicada

A visitor to my garden who makes a loud noise . I think nearly hundreds of them live in a tree near us and I hear their loud noise nowadays and some of them wants to see what I got in my balcony and pay a visit and stare at me and makes such a noise .
Nature is marvelous.
