Today I'm going to discuss using and implementing a "Daily method of operation".
So many times I hear from other papa- friends that they ask "how do you get going", "how did you get those pieces", "how many customers do you have". All of these are great questions, and we all start from the same space... square one!
So don't get discouraged when they answer you and say something along the lines of "stay/be consistent". We all got to stay somewhere and I love that Paparazzi provides us with the DMO pdf. It's also totally fillable online that you can print out.
Pro-Tip:
Print it out & laminate it for future use, use a dry-erase marker to write tasks and erase for the next day! This is also great to implement if you have a team.
This business can be EXACTLY what you want, but you'll get out whatever you put in. But the DMO form helps me stay on task and work with intention rather than "busy" work.
