One of our customers was having a real difficult financial time and needed to cut back on their lawn mowing services and asked us to mow once a month. It wasn't an issue because the season was over and we helped them out and now things are much better and the lawn care customer paid all her services in full and thank us for sticking with her during her difficult times.
