In recent years I had struggled with sleep which has disturbed my circadian rhythm. Although there are many many aspects of sleep that the specialists diagnose for sleeping disorder. In this video presentation I provide a unique perspective of my own in sleeping. I am NOT a specialist, neither I am becoming one, in fact on the contrary I seek to improve my sleep patterns. So if you disagree with part of this presentation kindly do leave a comment for me and all those sleepless souls who seek advice.
I have discussed briefly about stress relieving aspect of sleep, and how it thermally relieve mechanical stresses. Also the discharge of body takes place and our sag that at times reduces couple of millimeters of height gets recovered during sleep. This is why young in teen sleep a lot since they are growing and gaining height. That is why they eat a lot and sleep and do nothing. It annoys parents at times however it is not in the control of teen young kid. Since this is a necessary biological cycle they are going through.
Circadian rhythm can be maintained by observing timing of day and night and at the change of night to day and day to night be awake and be with your loved ones since this transition is challenging on oneself. Prolonged delay of not waking up in morning creates a loss in self control. Once you lose self control you lose sense of purpose and direction in life and then forced to feel as if someone else is in control even though it is ourselves who do not welcome the day.
So dear lovely audience of my humble channel do laugh, eat well, and wake up early with someone you trust and do make sure when sun sets you have a cup of tea and cookie with them as well.
