Introduction to Uncertainty & Significant Figures and review of Scientific Notation

A brief tutorial on significant figures and uncertainty along with some review of scientific notation.
Also a truly embarrassing oversight but I forgot to mention, when multiplying significant figures you just use the lower number of significant figures for the total in contrast with addition where you just use the least significant digit. IE 1.00x10^2*1.0000*10^3=1.00*10^5 and 1.00x10^2+1.000*10^3=1.100*10^3
