Since launch on 28 september 2020, only 5 star electro Keqing who has 2 birthdays, the first one is xingqiu and the second one is xiangling, they are 4 star characters, so that makes Keqing is the only 5 star character... Xiangling give in the mail was upgraded from her first birthday same as Xingqiu, but miHoYo didn't upgrade Keqing mail which is a bummer, I hope Next character like Raiden Shogun who can't cook can give a Freemogems or Free Primogems...
