U.S. Secretary of State deeply concerned about stability of Mali, Ethiopia

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed deep concern about the stability of Mali following two coups in 18 months. Speaking while in Senegal's capital Dakar, Blinken urged Mali to return to constitutional rule through democratic elections. The U.S. Secretary of State also raised his concern about the continuing fighting in Ethiopia.
