The Chinese navy is all set to deploy high-speed ship drones that work in swarms. The ship drones, are also known as unmanned surface vessels or USVs. A video released by Chinese company, Yunzhou Tech showed 6 high-speed USVs coordinating an attack on a ‘target’ vessel at sea. The ship drones can reportedly ‘intercept, besiege and expel invasive targets’. This is believed to be a milestone in maritime unmanned intelligence equipment development.
