My Unconventional Fitness Journey & Search for Happiness // From Overweight to Personal Trainer

Movement changed my life, it helped me find happiness and appreciate just how incredible the human body is. After initially losing 30kg hoping a side effect would be happiness I realised the lifestyle I had created didn't solve my problems but instead increased them. Changing my outlook of movement and exercise helped me hugely to come the closest to happiness and more importantly a fulfilling and exciting lifestyle! I have a somewhat different approach to a lot of the fitness industry and hope that in some way my experience can show you that you don't have to follow a strict routine or overthink exercise if you don't want to... after all life is too short! ❤️
