40 Minute HIIT Strong Workout | ACTIVATE - Day 16

Happy Monday and Happy Day 16 of ACTIVATE! Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to crush this challenge with me!

Today is a full body strength workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! This workout consists of upper body and lower body exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise.
I used my 5 pound dumbbells for some front raises and birddogs to my 62 pound kettlebell which would be equivalent to using 2 30 lb dumbbells for my romainian deadlifts so grab weights that work for you and let's crush it together!

The exercises:
1. Squat and Press
2. RDL
3. Left Arm Row
4. Right Arm Row
5. Lunge and Curl
6. Lateral Raise
7. Right Leg Step Up and Knee Drive
8. Left Leg step up and knee drive
9. Curtsy Lunge and Front Raise
10. Alternating Birddog Lifts
11. Split Squat and Kickbacks right leg
12. Split Squat and Kickbacks Left leg
13. Deadlift to Squat to front Raise
14. Sumo Squat to High Row
