Sky News host Peta Credlin says there isn’t and hasn’t been for a long time any “war on drugs”.

It comes as Labor MP Alicia Payne has backed the decriminalisation of hard drugs in the ACT.

Ms Credlin discussed the matter with the Herald Sun's Caleb Bond.

Drug rehabilitation can be “done in conjunction with the court system,” said Mr Bond.
