Merb34st: "You Can't Just Say That A City Hall is A Limited Public Forum"

Merb34st discusses case-law that he thinks might support an individual's right to film in government buildings which are limited and non public forums. I've already discussed his cases on my channel and have ruled them out as unfavorable to frauditors. I'm wildly familiar with all of his proffered cases, except one, and the one that I'm unfamiliar with was still not decided in favor of frauditors.
