Health Facilities Fund unveiled in Kakamega county

Public hospitals in Kakamega County will now draw funds from a central kitty to run their operations following the unveiling of a Health Facilities Fund. Governor Wycliffe Oparanya says the fund is expected to cure perennial delays in service delivery by providing a predictable source of funding.
