Rundown: Several areas across the Philippines are classified as high risk for COVID-19 amid rising infections and hospitalizations. The Health Department had confirmed there is community transmission of the delta variant in NCR and region 4-A because cases can no longer be linked to one another. But it still can't say if the highly contagious strain is already the dominant variant in the country.
