[24 MIN TIMED BOULDER SHOULDERS▶️▶️] Happy Saturday! This is the workout I refer to when people ask how I built my shoulders 😅. We used to hammer shoulders early on in my lifting ‘career’. On days we were short on time we would throw this one in the mix. It’s only 18 minutes of total movement and not for the faint of heart. My best advice is to not underestimate this one and be humble with your choice of weight. This is more about pace, and rep count and quality than it is about weight. I always used 5 and 10 lb dumbbells. Give this one a go when you’re short on time and let me know how it goes:


▶️This is to be done in one giant set. Each movement has a 3 minute time cap. This means you are trying to get in as many quality reps as possible in the 3 minute timeframe for each exercise, before moving on to the next exercise. If you must rest within the 3 minutes, keep your rest to 10 seconds at a time, even if you have to break multiple times. One round through is all it should take to blow up the shoulders here. Rest 30 seconds between exercises:
1️⃣Banded Pull Aparts: 3 Mins
2️⃣Seated Lateral Raises: 3 Mins
3️⃣Alternating Overhead Press: 3 Mins
4️⃣Seated Scaption Raise: 3 Mins
5️⃣Scarecrows: 3 Mins
6️⃣High to Low Hollow Hold Plank: 3 Mins (switching from low to high plank every 20 seconds)- tops of feet on the floor here if possible, this will help reinforce the hollow hold brace position.
