The most severe Russian missile attacks in months have hit Ukraine. The targets: Bridges, roads and most importantly, electricity and water supplies, nuclear power plants, as well as homes and even playgrounds - civilian infrastructure. This is retaliation, the Kremlin claims, accusing Ukrainian intelligence of being behind the attack on the Bridge between annexed Crimea and the Russian mainland. Meanwhile, Putin's threat of nuclear weapons continues to loom.
